Who handles your information
Patience Joseph operates Lynktik and is responsible for information submitted through the expression-of-interest form. Contact lynktik@gmail.com with recruitment privacy questions.
What we collect and why
We collect your name, email address, role of interest, consent, and any optional Lynktik username, portfolio or Lynktik profile URL, and introduction you provide. We use these details only to review your expression of interest and contact you about suitable future roles. These planned roles are not current vacancies.
Delivery and access
The form sends your details to lynktik@gmail.com using Resend, our email delivery provider. Only people with access to that recruitment inbox should review the messages. We do not publish applicant details or send them to analytics.
Retention and requests
We will keep expressions of interest through February 2027 and delete them by 1 March 2027, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. You may request access, correction, or earlier deletion by emailing lynktik@gmail.com. We may need to verify that the request comes from you.
