Using Lynktik
Lynktik provides creator profiles, communities, courses, listings, bookings, publishing tools, and AI-assisted features. Use the service lawfully and give accurate information when creating an account, listing, or public profile. Some features require sign-in, approval, or a paid plan.
Your account
You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure. Tell Lynktik Support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not use another person's account or misrepresent your identity or authority to sell or publish content.
Content and community conduct
You retain responsibility for content you upload or publish. These expectations apply to creator posts, communities, listings, and messages. Only share material you have the right to use, respect other members' privacy and rights, and follow community rules. Do not harass or threaten others, send spam, share unlawful or harmful material, impersonate someone, or attempt to bypass access controls. Public content may be viewed and shared by others. Report concerning content through Lynktik Support.
Creator listings, courses, and bookings
Creators are responsible for accurate descriptions, prices, delivery terms, and any promises they make to buyers or learners. Product listings may link to an external checkout operated by the creator or another provider; those transactions are governed by that destination's terms. Course access and booking availability depend on the relevant creator and feature settings.
Paid plans and payments
The price, billing cycle, and included features shown at checkout apply to the plan you select. Lynktik uses Paystack for supported plan payments. Review the checkout details before paying. If a payment or subscription appears incorrect, contact Support with the transaction reference; do not include full card details in a message.
AI-assisted features
AI outputs and transcripts can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review them before publishing or relying on them. Do not submit information you lack permission to use, and do not treat generated content as professional advice. Feature availability and credit use depend on the plan and tool shown in Lynktik.
Availability and enforcement
Lynktik may change, pause, or restrict features for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, or service improvement. Content or accounts that breach these terms or applicable law may be limited or removed. If you believe a decision was mistaken, contact Support with the relevant details.
Privacy, updates, and contact
The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled, and the Cookie Policy explains browser storage. We may revise these terms as the service changes and update the date above. Questions can be sent through Support or to lynktik@gmail.com.
